Commercial block is the bulk of our work

Most of what we build is commercial structural masonry — block walls inside and around steel-frame retail and warehouse buildings, run from the footing up to the tie beam.

We are a specialty masonry subcontractor, not a general contractor. You hold the job; we hold the wall. We build to the engineering on your approved drawings, keep the cells open where they need grout, strike the joints as we go, and run both legs of the building up together so the tie beam lands level.

How do you price it?

Send the drawings and we return a written scope with the inclusions, exclusions, and who is responsible for what spelled out. Estimate response inside one business day.

What do you need from us?

Approved drawings, the engineering, a graded and accessible pad, and a schedule we can hold to. We supply the crew, the scaffold plan, and the wall.

How far do you travel?

Statewide across Florida, from the Keys through the Panhandle. We are based out of Broward County and mobilize crews out from there.

Are you covered?

Fully insured with workers' compensation coverage. Certificates and additional insured endorsements sent before we mobilize.
