The company

A masonry specialty contractor built around plumb walls and hard dates

Florida Green Concrete Solutions is a specialty masonry contractor working statewide across Florida. Block is the core of the business — we lay more wall than we pour flatwork — and we handle the concrete that ties it together.

CMU walls, filled cells, tie columns, bond and tie beams, precast lintels — plus the footings, slabs, and flatwork around them. Built for general contractors, developers, builders, property managers, and homeowners on both commercial and residential projects.

Crews are trained on coursing, reinforcement, and finish quality, and a supervisor is on the wall and on the deck for every day of work. The company is fully insured and carries workers' compensation coverage, so clients can put us to work without carrying our risk.

What we do

Masonry first, concrete second

01

Structural masonry & block

The trade we are built around. CMU wall construction laid to the drawings, from a single partition wall to every wall in the building, footing to tie beam.

  • CMU walls, partition and screen walls
  • Filled cells, tie columns, pilasters
  • Bond beams, tie beams, precast lintels
  • Block repair, re-tooth, and infill
02

Concrete & flatwork

The concrete that carries the block and finishes the site — footings and slabs under the walls, flatwork around them, finished to the spec.

  • Slabs on grade, garage and warehouse floors
  • Driveways, aprons, and walkways
  • Sidewalk, curb and gutter
  • Equipment and A/C pads
03

How a job runs

Written scope, confirmed quantities, and a pour date you can plan around. Steel verified before concrete, every time.

  • Site walk and takeoff
  • Formwork, grade, reinforcement
  • Placement, finish, and cure
  • Joints cut, forms stripped, site swept

Statewide

One crew standard, from Key West to the Panhandle

Based out of Broward County and mobilizing across the state of Florida — South Florida metro work, Central Florida growth corridors, the Gulf Coast, and North Florida.

We know how Florida jobs actually run: inspection rhythm, supplier networks, and how an afternoon storm can rewrite a pour plan. Travel scope and mobilization are priced openly in the estimate, with no hidden line items later.

Why clients keep us on the schedule

Insured, supervised, and predictable

Fully insured

General liability and workers' compensation coverage in place. Certificates issued to the GC or owner before mobilization.

Supervised crews

A supervisor on the deck for every placement, coordinating trucks, pump, finishers, and inspection windows.

Schedule discipline

Pour dates are committed and protected. If weather moves a pour, you hear it from us the same day with a new date.

Clean handoff

Joints cut, forms stripped, spoils removed, site swept. The next trade starts on a workable slab.

For general contractors

Send us the plans — we will send back numbers

More than ten general contractors across Florida keep us on their bid lists, and most of our work is repeat business from them. They call back because we show up on the committed date with the right crew size. We bid block and flatwork scopes off your plan set, statewide.

  • Plan-set takeoff with inclusions and exclusions spelled out
  • Insurance certificates and workers' comp naming your entity
  • Pour dates coordinated to your inspection windows
  • Bid revisions when the scope or sequence changes

For homeowners

A residential crew that runs on its own schedule

Driveways, walkways, slabs, and block walls — placed by a dedicated residential crew, so a homeowner is never bumped for a commercial pour.

No plan set required. Send photos and rough measurements and you get a written price, a start date, and one person to call. We build to the approved plans and meet every inspection on the schedule.
